About the Author

I’m Rebekah, and I’ve been exactly where you are. Beyond the Body is the intersection of my professional expertise as a certified transformational life coach and my own raw, personal journey. For years, I battled the scale, trapped in a cycle of "quick fixes," diet pills, and coffee-only diets that left me frustrated and heavier than before. Everything changed when I stopped looking for the answer in a calorie count and started looking in my subconscious. By applying the same psychological tools I studied at the Transformation Coaching Academy, I shifted my own life from 93kg to 75kg. I realised that weight isn’t a food problem; it’s a mindset problem. Today, I help women uncover the deep-rooted beliefs that hold them back so they can finally take control not just for a season, but for a lifetime.
