I understand the struggle firsthand. My own transformation—from 93kg to 75kg—wasn’t just about losing weight; it was about gaining a new perspective on health and happiness.
For years, I battled with my weight, never truly understanding the root cause. I tried every quick fix—coffee diets, diet pills, and restrictive plans—only to end up worse off, gaining back even more weight or feeling frustrated and deprived.
Everything changed when I applied the knowledge I had gained through my life coaching studies. I realized that my struggle wasn’t just about food—it was about my mindset. My thoughts, beliefs, and emotions were controlling my actions, and until I addressed them, no diet or quick fix would ever work.
Once I understood who I truly was and how my subconscious beliefs shaped my habits, everything shifted. I stopped letting circumstances dictate my life and started taking control from within.

My Professional Background
For eight years, I dedicated myself to life coaching, training through the Transformational Coaching Academy and building a successful career. Life and business were thriving—until we were tested in ways I never imagined.
The hardest trials weren’t the financial losses—the house, the cars, the factory, the life savings. None of it compared to the pain of losing three babies to miscarriage. The grief was overwhelming, leaving me feeling like a lost soul, wandering in a fog of emptiness and unanswered questions. I began doubting everything—my purpose, my faith, even myself. The lies and limiting beliefs I had buried deep within surfaced, spiraling into a storm of self-doubt and despair.
I continued coaching others, yet I couldn’t find the strength to put myself back together. I hated life. The sadness was suffocating. But in the depths of my pain, something pulled at me—a quiet, persistent whisper in my heart reminding me of where I needed to turn.
For two years, I fully immersed myself in God’s Word and devoted myself to my four children. Through faith, I found healing. By leaning into His strength, I uncovered who I truly was, beyond the pain, beyond the losses. And from that healing, the Self-Discovery program was born.
Then came a new blessing—twins. After their birth, I made a promise to myself: when they turned two, I would step into a new chapter. I would rebuild, rediscover, and embrace life with renewed purpose.
So, I did. I refreshed my coaching knowledge, rewrote my goals, and reignited my dreams. And with this newfound strength, I have not only transformed my business but also my life. Today, I stand in a place of purpose, using my journey to help others find their own healing, clarity, and freedom.
